You may hear the request, “please sign my petition to allow me to get my name on the primary ballot”. Sign only one petition for the Mayor candidate you prefer. Sign only once for each of the 3 open Town Council seats. That’s a total of 4 signatures. If you sign more, you may cause a disqualification. Sign only if you are currently a registered voter.
Candidates have until 5 pm tomorrow, Wednesday December 14, to turn in all required signatures and documentation to become a candidate. The election will be held March 13.
